Eat healthy and moderat activity. Maybe you have read or heard it a thousand times, but if you eat healthy with varied diet your body have lots of fresh resources to work with. And there is lot more in the rabitt hole to what diet can benefit. Activity helps the nerves in the body to connect better. The more you use your body the more likely that your body have a better flow both in the elctrical nervesystem all trough your muscles and blood flow. I would reccomend training your back since there are vital nerves going trough the spines. "A strong body makes the mind strong". AND be present.
