The fallen's army and dogman???

okay so the army of the fallen you know the one that takes out a third of mankind and the recent Spike in cryptid sightings especially the dogman could there be a link the reason why I ask there is a long history of people seeing dogman and even going to battle with them throughout earlier text say they retreated underground and hid I believe I read somewhere about a dog-faced man becoming a saint anyways they say they were a proud and a great warrior class of people could these be the warriors or some of the warriors for the fallen what are your thoughts.....
